ZOLYXO - REFUND POLICY

1. General Rule
All purchases of "Potential Time" packages are final, and refunds are not provided for purchased but unused credits.

2. Exceptions
A refund may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:
a. Technical Error: If there was a verifiable technical error in our system during the billing process.
b. Legal Requirement: If the law in your jurisdiction mandates a "cooling-off period" for purchases.

3. Request Process
A refund request, with a detailed explanation and supporting evidence, must be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.
